Cancellation & Refund Policy

Passes are non-refundable but transferable — here is exactly how it works.

Refunds

All passes are final sale and non-refundable. This includes cases of illness, travel problems, visa refusal or change of plans.

Transfers

You may transfer your pass to another person up to 7 days before the festival. Email victoria.kizzarte@gmail.com with the order number and the new attendee's full name, email and phone. A new QR ticket is issued and the old one is cancelled.

Event cancellation

If the organisers cancel the festival, all passes are refunded in full to the original payment method. If the festival is postponed, passes remain valid for the new dates.

Payment issues

For duplicate or failed charges, contact us with your order number and we will resolve it with the payment provider.
